Mandala wishes to advise our passengers travelling to or from Jogjakarta that their flights may be disrupted, diverted or cancelled. Disrupted Flights Starting From Friday November 5th, 2010 to Tuesday November 30th , 2010

All Mandala flights to Jogjakarta on Friday, November 5, 2010 have been cancelled. All Mandala flights to Jogjakarta starting from Saturday, November 6th, 2010 until Tuesday, November 30th, 2010 are being diverted to Semarang (SRG) which is the closest operational airport. Passengers are requested to contact Mandala’s Service Centre on 0804-1234567 or (021) 5699-7000 for updates on flight status.

Altering Your Travel Plans

Passengers on Mandala flights that are affected by the eruption of Merapi have several options to review their travel plans:

* To rebook to another flight to Jogjakarta free of charge
* To rebook to another flight to Semarang free of charge
* If passengers do not wish to travel, your flight value will be placed in a credit account for use at a later date
* If passengers do not wish to travel and do not want to use their money for a future flight their money will be refunded. Refunds will be processed back into the form of payment received by Mandala:
o Credit card payments will be refunded to credit cards
o Cash payments will be refunded as cash
o Passengers who booked via a travel agent should contact their agent to arrange their refund
